The Linux Foundation Legal Summit, conducted by LF In-House Member Counsel, for In-House Counsel, will focus on the issues that in-house counsel are now routinely asked to address about the use of open source software within the enterprise or within a commercial offering.

The Fall 2008 Linux Foundation Legal Summit is taking place October 14 & 15, 2008 at IBM's Hawthorne, New York facility.
